Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Keystone Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
