Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 503 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
