Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
