Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
