Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
