Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Orchard Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
