Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Baltimore, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules.
