Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We invest in training. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
