Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Iron Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Baltimore. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
