Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Sable Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Baltimore with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
