Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
