Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Orchard Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
