Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Bright Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Atlanta. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
