Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Linden Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
