Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Facilities is a facilities company in Atlanta with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis.
