Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Corner Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
