Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on water quality. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
