Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Pike Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
