Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pine Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
