Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
