Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Hollow Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
