Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Ridge Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance.
