Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Corner Construction Associates is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
