Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Meridian Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
