Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Maple Early Learning runs childcare centres in Albuquerque caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
