Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
