Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Albuquerque plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
