Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Fox Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on device records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
