Data Analyst - production yield and waste (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Foods Group is a small Raleigh producer of sauces and prepared meals, with about 30 employees. Waste from spoiled batches is our biggest avoidable cost. We are hiring a part-time data analyst, working remotely, to help us see where it comes from. What you will do • Combine batch records, ingredient receipts and disposal logs into one dataset. • Analyse yield and waste by product, line and shift. • Present clear monthly findings to the owners and production lead. What we are looking for • Two years in data analysis, ideally in food or manufacturing. • Comfortable with spreadsheets and SQL, and happy to ask production staff questions. About 20 hours a week, remote, with one plant visit each quarter.
