Data Analyst - outage and support reporting (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom is a Spokane broadband provider with about 40 employees serving rural towns. Our outage and support data sit in three different systems. We are hiring a part-time data analyst to bring them together. What you will do • Build a single view of outages, repair times and support calls. • Show which areas and equipment cause the most repeat problems. • Prepare a monthly summary for our network manager and owners. What we are looking for • One to three years of data analysis; telecom or utility data is a plus. • Good SQL and dashboard skills. Part-time, about 20 hours a week, on site in Spokane.
