Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on school calendars. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
