Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
