Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Pike Markets is a Wichita retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
