Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
