Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Wichita serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
