Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
