Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Forge Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts.
