Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 390 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services.
