Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Hollow Freight Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
