Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tulsa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
