Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Forge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tulsa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
