Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Tucson with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 219 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
