Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
