Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Maple Financial and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
