Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Junction Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
