Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Summit Linden Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
