Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Keystone Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Toledo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
