Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Toledo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
