Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Toledo presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
