Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Toledo region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
